UTRB 2018: Get Ready for a 5-star trail

The only ultra-trail running event in Mauritius is just around the corner. The Ultra Trail Raidlight Beachcomber's four trails will gather thousands of participants together for its 5th edition in a few weeks’ time. As in previous editions, this year’s UTRB promises to be spectacular, with mountain trails, forests, cliffs and beaches. All the elements will come together for a magical competition. In addition to the technical and scenic beauty of this ultra-trail, and the participation of internationally renowned trail runners, the UTRB proposes a genuine journey of discovery to the participants since its inception in 2014. This 5-star trail owes its popularity to its warm welcome, guidance and support from the organization team, the tracks and the diversity of its refueling stations.

Rugby fans who attended the third edition of Beachcomber World Club 10s in Mauritius this weekend at Gros Cailloux, had the chance to witness a pulsating final between the Vodacom Bulls and Newcastle Falcons. UTRB 2018: Running for a cause

Since 2015, the Ultra Trail Raidlight Beachcomber has attracted Mauritian and foreign runners with a love for nature through its tracks across the island’s beautiful landscapes. Willing to help in the protection of the Mauritian biodiversity, the organisers of this year’s Ultra Trail have decided to partner with the Mauritian Wildlife Foundation. Indeed, Rs50 out of each registration fee of the UTRB will be redirected to the association, supporting their cause.
