This year the hotel collection’s signature beverage was designed by the Victoria Beachcomber Resort & Spa team, consisting of Rakesh Gurboo, Soonil Haton and Melany Nancy, who won the Beautiful Signature Cocktail Competition 2023. This in-house challenge held on 6 September 2023 at Institut Escoffier brought together Artisans from all the Group’s hotels in Mauritius.
