Isabelle Bouvier appointed General Manager of Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury

Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels is pleased to announce the appointment of Isabelle Bouvier as General Manager of Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury. Currently at the helm of the prestigious Hotel Lutetia in Paris, she will succeed Gregory Coquet as from 01 October 2021. Isabelle will be the first woman to take the reins of Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World and the flagship of the country’s luxury hotel industry. Her appointment is also a first in this segment in Mauritius.

Isabelle holds an MBA from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce International de Fontainebleau, an international business school in Paris, and a degree in International Business. She has 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, having started her career at the Sheraton Paris Airport Hotel in 1995 before moving on to some of the most prestigious hotel brands in the French capital, including Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Concorde Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Paris Le Grand and The Peninsula Paris. She has been running Hotel Lutetia since September 2017, with a significant contribution to the property achieving the “Palace” label and the Forbes 5-Star Hotel & Spa Award.

Isabelle will bring the expertise gained throughout her career to drive the development of Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury. “I am very happy to join the dynamic Beachcomber Group and proud to be part of the team at Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury, one of the most iconic hotels in the Indian Ocean, within an island that blends Authenticity, Luxury and Tradition,” says Isabelle.
